Orders are printed and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location. Typically 7–14 business days for Australia and 10–20 business days for international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your order's journey directly to your door.

What is your return policy?
Because every item is made on demand just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
What if my item is damaged or wrong?
Email us at support@gracioust.store with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

What are your products made from?
Our apparel is made from high-quality cotton and cotton-blend fabrics, designed for comfort, durability, and a premium feel.
Will the print fade over time?
Our prints are made using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) or all-over print techniques designed to last. To maintain print quality, wash inside out in cold water and avoid tumble drying.
Are your products ethically made?
Yes. Our products are printed on demand, which means zero excess inventory and a lower environmental footprint. We partner with responsible print suppliers who meet ethical manufacturing standards.
📦 Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately at support@gracioust.store. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
I haven't received a confirmation email — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend your confirmation.
